2.14513 TRAINING PROGRAM ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION
This course provides students with a managerial perspective on planning, organising, implementing and evaluating training programs including human resource development plans. The topics include performance appraisal, task and training needs analysis, the design and development of training programs based on appropriate educational theories and models such as discrepancy model, competency based training, problem based learning, adult learning principles and evaluation of human resource training programs.
