2.14515 COMMUNITY HEALTH SYSTEM ANALYSIS
This course aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills to assess, planning, implement and evaluate health program activities and to make informed decisions about the development and management of health programs and projects effectively and efficiently. Topics include organizational theories and models with a special focus on general systems theory, Health Care Delivery Systems, Community Assessment and situational analysis, In addition, it examines Rapid Evaluation Method, application of Nursing Process steps in the Community Health settings, importance of Working with Groups and non- Government agencies. It further examines the strategies for Community Diagnosis and involvement of the community in health programs and projects, monitoring and evaluation of health programs.
