2.29905 MEDICAL RADIATION IMAGING 2
This course is conducted in the second semester of year two. In this course imaging of the spine, chest, abdomen and skull are taught. The imaging techniques taught include the basic as well as the additional and modified views. The students will also continue to develop the skills in communication and information technology. The students also learn film critic techniques and to develop the ability to decide alternative methods of imaging.
Contact hours: 6 hours per week (2 lectures, 2 tutorials, 2 lab sessions)
Assessment: Tests, assignment, Presentation (60%), final exam (40%)
