2.29908 CLINICAL PRACTICE 2

This course deals with the clinical aspects of Medical Imaging. It is undertaken at the second semester of second year. It enables students to integrate the knowledge and the skills gained in the academic program to practicum. It also enables students to reflect on their practicum experiences. The course involves students spending two to three days per week at selected practicum placements participating and performing a wide range of x-ray examination pertaining to the region of the body covered in the academic sessions.

Contact hours: Practical comprises 2 days per week at a clinical placement

Assessment: Case studies, assignments, practicum reports (60%), Practical simulation exam (40%)
