2.49802 COMMUNITY ORAL HEALTH III

The emphasis in this course will be in preparing students to carry out Oral Health Surveys, and in methods for planning Oral Health Promotion and Preventive Programs at the Provincial level.

Course hours: Three hours per week didactic teaching, with the students being required to undertake a number of Health Promotion, Preventive and Public Health Planning exercises out of contact hours.

Assessment: Continuous assessment 60%, final exam 40%.
