3.41202 OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

The course deals with some important issues in operations management in two parts: 1. The design of productive systems; production design and processes, process planning plain location, layout of physical facilities, job design, man-machine systems, production standards and work measurement; and 2. operations planning and control; production-inventory systems, forecasting and inventories, and aggregate plans and programs.
