Dr Lawrence Sause (Senior Lecturer) holds a PhD in Public Policy from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. His PhD work examines the quality and timelines of policy advice on cabinet-level decision making in PNG’s Central Government and the impacts it has on operational, substantive and strategic policy formulation. He also holds Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Victoria University and BA (Hons) in Political Science and Public Administration from UPNG. Dr. Sause’s teaching and research interest areas include Public Policy, Public Administration, Public Sector Management and Project Management. Dr Sause has sat on a number of top advisory panels of government and continues to provide advice to government on an ongoing basis.
