Dr. Ponusammy Manohar

Dr. Ponnusamy Manohar (Senior Lecturer) is currently Deputy Executive Dean (Academic), Convenor of SBPP Post Graduate Studies and Senior Lecturer of School of Business and Public Policy. He holds a PhD in Management from UPNG and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Southern Cross University, Australia. He has been in the academia for over 28 years. His other qualifications include BBA Hons (Sri Lanka), Higher Dip. Soft. Eng. (Sri Lanka). He has Professional Memberships with CPA Australia, CPA PNG and CIPFA UK. Dr Manohar teaches subjects in Accounting & Finance, Management subjects, Quantitative Methods, and Information Systems. His research interests are in Human Resource Development, Leadership, Management and Information Management. He is author of many academic text books and training materials for students in the tertiary and higher education. He also developed distance education course materials in the business and management for UPNG open college. He has presented several research papers in national and international conferences and also published in international journals. Dr Manohar has been serving on number of top advisory panels of government and private institutions in PNG.
