Mr Nelson Atip Nema is a lecturer with the Economics Department of the School of Business & Public Policy at the University of Papua New Guinea. He is currently teaching and researching in regional economic development issues specializing on resource economics. Mr Atip has completed his masters in economic development from the University of Tsukuba , Japan in 2015. Prior to that he used to work with the Internal Revenue Commission of PNG as a tax policy officer after graduating with a bachelor of Economics degree from University of PNG in 2004.
