Elly Kinkin is a lecturer in the Strategic Management Division. He has a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) from University of Papua New Guinea. He also has a Master of Arts (Development Studies) from Australian National University, Australia. He is a current PhD candidate at Victoria University of Wellington’s School of Government, New Zealand. He has completed writing his PhD Thesis on the topic “Reforming and Managing Natural Resources Sector: A case study of the Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) Project in Papua New Guinea.” He has more than 15 years of lecturing in the Division. He lectures in both undergraduate and Post Graduate courses which include Master of Business Administration and Master of Strategic Management. His research interests are in the areas of political economy of the resource sector, fiscal governance and transparency.
