Alphonse Kona is a lecturer and Acting Head of Strategic Management Division. He has a Bachelor of Business and Management and Honours (Strategic Management) from University of Papua New Guinea. He also has a Master of Public Management from Victoria University of Wellington’s School of Government, New Zealand. He has more than 10 years of lecturing and tutoring undergraduate courses offered by Strategic Management Division. His research interests are in the areas of corporate governance, gender diversity on corporate boards, industrial cluster and public sector motivation
