This course introduces students to the fundamental aspects of human resource testing. The first part covers the core concept in testing, such as the nature and application of tests, construction and application of test batteries, and the technical and methodological principles of tests. The second part covers some of the common areas of human resource testing like measurement in industry, clinical, and educational testing.
Prerequisites: All HRM courses offered up to year 3
Assessment: Continuous 50% + Final Examination 50%
