This course introduces students to various human resource development concepts and practices like training, management development, career planning and development. It also covers the human resource development process and interventions including organizational climate, HRD capabilities of human resource managers, and continuous learning and improvement. This course also covers organizational change, change management and organization development concepts, values of OD, OD interventions, key considerations in OD and organizational dynamics.

Assessment: Continuous 50% + Final Exam 50%
