The world is now more connected through business, economy, market, movement of people/talent etc. therefore firms and employees go international for business and employment. Managing people in an international context is not the same as managing people in a local context. This course explores and analyses the various HRM practices, techniques and issues faced by organisation when employing expatriate’s talent in a global business environment.

Prerequisites: All HRM courses offered up to year 3
Assessment: Continuous 50% + Final Examination 50%
