This is an introductory course in macroeconomic theory and policy with special reference to PNG. Topics include the circular flow of income, national accounts, the determinants of national income, consumption and investment functions, the government budget and the supply and demand for money. The theoretical treatment is complemented by case studies, and discussion of policy implications.
