Information and Communication is now a strategic resource in most areas of endeavour. Its successful use and presentation requires background knowledge and understanding. Information also needs to be disseminated through a variety of media. It is the purpose of this program to provide professional training for those who will become Public Relations Officers, Journalists and Media Specialists.
The Journalism discipline equips students with skills for electronic and print media industries, public relations or marketing industries and publishing industries.
