Diploma in Law (Prosecutions)

This diploma program targets people in the workforce handling work that involves investigations, compliance monitoring and enforcement, prosecution and such work that involves the application of law. The program is recommended for Police prosecutors and criminal investigators, National Narcotics, Immigration, Fisheries, customs and enforcement officers, Internal Revenue Commission, judicial staff, health inspectors, PNGDF, Correctional Service personnel and other stakeholders in the criminal

Bachelor of Law

The program is spread over a four-year period. Students must complete 36 courses, which comprise of 21 compulsory law courses, 9 optional law courses,3 enrichment and 3 broadening courses, and must score an aggregate GPA of 2.00 to be awarded a degree. The compulsory courses cover both substantive and procedural aspects of law. Undergraduate Admission Requirements

All successful Applicants to the School of Business & Public Policy Undergraduate Programs will take up the

Business & Management Foundation Year.

Upon successful completion of the Business & Management Foundation Year with a minimum overall GPA of 1.75, successful students can then apply for the programs offered by the school.
