The University invites eligible students who have completed the requirements of their respective programs and expect to graduate in 2027 to submit their Graduation Applications. Applications for the 2027 Graduation Ceremony are now open.
Application Deadline
The Closing Date to submit application is 30th November 2026. Students are encouraged to apply early to allow sufficient time for the verification of academic records and processing of applications.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Have successfully completed all program completion requirements.
- Have settled all outstanding fees and financial obligations to the University.
- Have resolved any outstanding grades, Change of Grade requests, or academic record discrepancies before submitting the application.
Important Information
- Submission of an application does not guarantee graduation eligibility.
- All applications will be verified and approved by the relevant University authorities.
- Late applications will not be considered.
- Students should regularly check the University website and official notices for updates on graduation arrangements and important dates.
- Students are to verify their names on the current transcripts and raise any corrections in names with the Academic & Student Administration Division (ASAD).
